Visiting the Sick

It is very easy for a person to loose contact with the church when they fall ill, even over a reasonably short time, resulting in them feeling forgotten. It has always been the tradition in the church that those who are sick are not left abandoned but continue to share in the life of the church through the weekly reception of Holy Communion and receiving regular visits from members of the church.
